On my opinion the official FIFA/Coca-Cola Ranking gives not real strength,
dynamic and achievements estimation for national teams. It is due to wrong base
assumption that team's strength is absolute value. But it is relative in its nature.
As so only relativistic approach can properly solve the problem
of team's estimation in strength, dynamic and achievements.

Succes gives us possibility to take into consideration
not only Results (Points) but Resours spended (Games).
